Analysis of Students' Reasoning Ability in Solving Non-Routine Math Problems in terms of Learning Style

The purpose of this study is to describe students' mathematical reasoning abilities in solving non-routine problems terms learning styles. type research used descriptive with qualitative data. subjects were students class XI IPA. instruments are questionnaires, test questions, and interviews. data be taken on obtained will then analyzed a descriptive-qualitative way. results that 11th-grade MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang, have several styles, namely: visual, kinesthetic, auditory, respectively: 67%️, 25%️, 8%. Students visual styles fairly high by meeting indicators such as 1) being able present make statements writing well 2) manipulate y-values, 3) compiling solutions existing problems. While kinesthetic meet ability indicators, including well, manipulating target functions, auditory only one indicator ability, creating finding trouble well.
